Mark 's 10 easy steps to buying from HUD

STEP  IV.  Bidding on your selected home.
Ask a lot of questions here.:
  1. Fill out all necessary paperwork.
  2. You will need either $500 or $1,000 earnest money.
  3. Mark will submit the bid over the internet to HUD.
  4. Mark will receive a confirmation number following submission.
  5. Mark monitors the web to determine if the bid is accepted.
  6. Upon acceptance, Mark will overnite the contract.
  7. Within a few days HUD will send a hard copy acceptance.
